This will be the first year I think I've actually managed to not go to the big family get together. This year, I sit here, coffee with a touch of Amaretto for good measure, blessedly alone.
My daughter is coming over later this afternoon, and we are going to make a big pot of Chicken and Dumplings. I'll have to share the receipe with you one of these days. It's my speciality ;-D
